Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

What is the check-in procedure?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with the address, your unique entry code, and additional information to ensure a smooth arrival.

What is the check-out process?

Before leaving, we simply ask that you:

Lock all doors and windows

Turn off all lights

Remove all personal belongings

That’s it—no extra steps required.

Do you allow pets?

No, pets are not allowed in any of our homes.

Do your homes have workspaces?

Yes, standing desks are available in all homes, making it easy for remote work or extended stays.

Do I need a car to get around?

Yes, a car is highly recommended as public transportation in the area is limited.

Where are you located?

We are in Southeast Austin, conveniently close to many major attractions. Check the Explore tab to see how near/far everything is.

Do you allow parties or gatherings?

No, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Can I smoke on the property?

Smoking of tobacco is allowed outside only, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Smoking or consumption of marijuana or any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

What is your policy on disruptive behavior?

Violent behavior, excessive noise, or any disturbance to neighbors will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property.
