These Terms of Service govern your use of bonworld.co and all bookings made through the website operated by Bon Way LLC (doing business as Bon World, “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By making a reservation or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the House Rules below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Stays (1–27 nights)
Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking (provided check-in is 14+ days away)
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, for no-shows, or early departures
Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more)
Full refund only if cancelled within 48 hours of booking AND at least 28 days before check-in
If cancelled later: you will be charged for all nights already stayed + 30 additional nights
If fewer than 30 nights remain at cancellation: you will be charged 100% for all remaining nights
Service fees are always non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Reservations & Payments
Booking is confirmed only when full payment is received and you get a confirmation email/message. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount + any security deposit or damage hold.
4. House Rules – You Must Follow These at All Times
Each accomodation is a private townhome (part of a duplex) with private backyard
Crypto mining or similar high-energy activities are strictly prohibited
Parking: Driveway fits 3 small or 2 large vehicles in Bali and Italy townhomes. Maldives townhome has one driveway and fits 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles plus plenty of free street parking available. Greece/Santorini townhome doesn’t have a driveway, plenty of free street parking available.
Animals: Only verified service animals (certification required before booking)
Smoking / THC / Tobacco: Strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking/vaping outside is allowed only if:
– Done well away from open windows and doors
– All butts, ash, and residue are completely and carefully disposed of (not on the ground)
– $450 fee will be charged if smoke odor enters the home or evidence is found inside.
Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM daily
Events & Gatherings: No parties or events. Maximum 8 people unless pre-approved in writing
Pests: Keep doors closed, take trash out daily, clean spills promptly, store food properly
No campfires, bonfires, candles, or open flames
Washer limited to 2 loads per day (to protect septic system)
Owner storage closet is not available to guests.
When leaving: lock all exterior doors, windows, and backyard gate.
Surveillance & Monitoring
Exterior security cameras actively record the front, side, and driveway areas
An interior smart device inside the home monitors decibel levels only — it does not record or transmit audio or video
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM local time (earlier only with prior approval)
Check-out: 11:00 AM local time (late check-out may incur fees)
6. Damages & Extra Charges
You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning. We may charge the payment method on file for repairs, extra cleaning, or rule violations (including the $450 smoking fee).
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
The owners do not assume liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or death to guests or their personal property. By booking, you expressly assume all risk and agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any claims arising from your stay or the actions of anyone you invite.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on the website is owned by Bon Way LLC. Reviews and photos you submit grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display them.
9. Prohibited Activities
No fraudulent bookings, harassment, hacking, or commercial re-selling of reservations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bon Way LLC (and its owners, managers, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or emotional distress — even if we were advised such damages could occur.
Our total liability for any claim related to your stay, the property, or these Terms will never exceed the amount you actually paid for the reservation.
You agree to bring any claim or legal action against us within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold Bon Way LLC harmless from any third-party claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the property, or the actions of anyone you allow on the premises. We reserve the right to take over the defense of any such claim at our expense.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your stay (except claims involving ownership or use of Bon World trademarks or service marks) will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas.
We may seek temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctive relief, or declaratory relief (other than money damages) from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary.
All arbitration proceedings, rulings, and awards shall remain confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or to the parties involved.
12. Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. No Warranties
The Bon World website and all information, content, and services are provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available, accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors, viruses, or malicious code. You are solely responsible for protecting your devices and data. By using the website, you accept all risks associated with such use.
14. Feedback & Submitted Ideas
When you send us feedback, suggestions, photos, reviews, questions, or any other content — whether through email, SMS/text messages, the website, or any other channel — you agree that: (a) your submission is not confidential or private; (b) we may use, copy, share, or publish it without any restriction; and (c) we can freely use any ideas, concepts, or techniques it contains for any purpose (including improving our properties, marketing, or creating new features) without payment or credit to you.
15. Errors & Corrections
Information on our website (including pricing, availability, descriptions, and amenities) may contain mistakes or outdated details. We are not responsible for such errors and reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel any reservation affected by them — even after confirmation — without liability. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or suitable alternative when possible.
16. Communication & Technical Errors
We are not responsible for failed, delayed, lost, misdirected, or intercepted messages (including emails, SMS, or booking confirmations), technical glitches, website errors, or payment processing issues, whether caused by your device, internet service, our systems, or human error.
If a reservation appears to result from fraud, a technical mistake, incorrect pricing, or any other error, we may cancel or modify it at any time — even after confirmation — and provide a refund if applicable. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages you incur due to such issues or unprocessed bookings.
17. Website Use & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our website or make a reservation. By booking or using the site, you confirm you meet these requirements and are authorized to book for everyone in your party.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the website or stay after changes means you accept the new Terms.
18. $100 Off First Booking Promotion
New guests may receive a one-time $100 discount on their first direct booking of 2 or more consecutive nights at any of our four townhomes (Italy, Bali, Maldives, or Greece) when booked exclusively through bonworld.co. This offer is subject to availability, current minimum-stay requirements set by the host, and cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotion. It is limited to one use per guest or household, does not apply to prior reservations or bookings made on third-party platforms, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
